Bindaas Artist Group, Mirzapur, Uttar Pradesh, India proudly presents “The Art of Flow: An International Watercolour Art Competition & Online Exhibition 2026”, a global initiative dedicated to celebrating the expressive richness, transparency, and fluid dynamics of watercolour as a powerful artistic medium.

The primary objective of this international event is to create an inclusive and dynamic virtual platform that welcomes artists from across the world—ranging from emerging talents to established professionals—to showcase their creativity, innovation, and artistic vision. By embracing all styles and approaches within watercolour painting, the event encourages participants to explore the limitless possibilities of the medium while expressing their unique visual narratives.

“The Art of Flow” aims to foster cross-cultural dialogue and artistic collaboration by bringing together diverse creative voices under one global umbrella. It seeks to inspire experimentation, promote artistic excellence, and highlight contemporary trends and practices in watercolour art.

Through this prestigious online platform, artists gain valuable international exposure, recognition, and opportunities for professional growth. Participants will be acknowledged through awards, certificates, and digital showcases, enhancing their visibility within the global art community. Ultimately, the event aspires to build a vibrant network of artists and art enthusiasts, united by a shared passion for creativity, where imagination flows freely beyond geographical and cultural boundaries.

Event Format:

This will be a fully virtual exhibition, allowing for widespread participation without geographical limitations. The exhibition will be hosted on a dedicated online platform, making it accessible to a global audience.​

​​Eligibility:

​

Any Artists from around the world are eligible to apply for the contest.

​

Important Dates:

​

• Submission Deadline: 30th June 2026

• Result Announcement & Online Exhibition: 25th July 2026

• Print copy of Catalogue, Certificates & medals will start to post: 1st August 2026

• 5 Gold Medals + 5 Silver Medals + 5 Bronze Medals

• All Awardees Honour with (Print copy of Catalogue + Certificate + Medals & Online Exhibition)

• Participation e-Certificate & Digital e-catalogue for All

 

Registration & Fee:

​

For Indians: 

300 INR for one artwork | 500 INR for two artworks

How To Apply?

​

• Make your payment of the competition fee (According to the Number of artworks)

• Participants are requested to send the registration fee transfer receipt (screenshot/receipt slip)

• Complete the filled registration form digitally.

• Artist's Profile Photograph (only in JPEG file)

• Artworks are to be submitted in digital format (only in JPEG files).

• Artwork should be of good quality (300 resolution, size between 1 and 10 mb (only in JPEG files).

 

Guideline for Enclosure in the Email:

 

• Artwork Photographs with Title, Medium, Size

• How to Rename your artwork:  Name_Title_Medium_Size

• Profile picture of Artist

• Complete the filled registration form

• Screenshot/Payment sleep details

Jury & Judging:

​

• The jury panel for “The Art of Flow” comprises distinguished international renounced artists and industry professionals with extensive experience in watercolour painting, visual arts. Each juror brings a unique perspective, combining technical expertise, creative insight, and a deep understanding of contemporary and traditional art practices.

• The Art Award selection process is a completely transparent process undertaken by an accomplished panel of artists and curators.

• An artist registers and fills in their profile details online by email and sends their artwork image. The details are then checked, and Google image-check is used to verify that it is not a copy. Following this, the form is accepted and approved by our team.

• Each judge does the evaluation independently, and the sheets and pen drives are then collected from them, and the scoring data is entered into an Excel sheet and compiled. The awardees are then selected by sorting the total scores on the computer.

• The list of awardees is informed by email.

• The list of winners and award e-certificates is then sent to the respective Patrons’ heads to sign. This certificate goes to the award winner, along with the BAG Award e-certificate and the e-catalogue.

• The selection of the artworks for a contest remains solely at the discretion of BAG.

 

Terms And Conditions:

• ​​ It is mandatory for the participants to fill out the correct information in the form along with their original work of art.

• The entry shall be considered valid only after the entry fee is deposited.  

• If five participants register from the same organization. The registration fee will be 2000 INR for the group, allowing two artworks for each Indian participant. And the registration fee will be 200$ for the group, allowing two artworks for each participant from outside India.

• It is necessary that the participants give correct information about himself/herself and the work of art. Any discrepancy in the above shall lead to disqualification at any stage of the contest with no refund of entry fees.
