General rules
The following are the official rules for the Digital Art Competition. In order to enter the Competition, the participant must agree to these Rules. The Participant agrees that the submission of the online form with an artwork image file attached. The competition is organized by BAG (Bindaas Artist Group).
The Organizer may verify the accuracy of any information provided by the Participant to ensure a smooth and fair competition to all related parties, and to otherwise investigate the eligibility of any Participant to take part in the Competition.
All the copyrights during and after the competition belong to the Participant. Submitted artworks will be showcased in the competition gallery and may be used for marketing during the competition.
Who Can Participate?
Any artist of age above 20 years from around the world can take part.

How Can I take part?
The artist submits all the below-mentioned enclosures for Digital Art Competition:

Contest entry validation

The Participant shall only submit a single project per entry and assign it to the single most relevant category. The Participant should not submit images of the same character, or object.

The Participant is allowed to submit up to 3 different artworks per category. I will disqualify all latter excessive submissions from the Competition.

Artwork/s should be high-resolution image/s – 300 resolutions.

File size should not exceed 10 MB. Submit only image formats: jpeg.

Any external source must not watermark artworks, cannot have any company logos, trademarks, or otherwise display copyrighted content that does not belong to the Participant. Personal logos and signatures are allowed.

The submitted artwork must be original, owned by the Participant, and should in no way violate intellectual property rights.

Participants should refrain from submitting any artwork containing nudity and/or violence.

Only Entries submitted from February 10, 2023, to April 10, 2023 (11:59 PM) will be considered valid Entries.

Winner selection and announcement
The BAG Digital Art Competition has seven categories -Vector Art, 3d modeling,
3D sculpting, Matte Painting and Photo manipulation, Pixel art, 2D animation, and 3D animation. Only the top 50 artworks were selected for online exhibition.
The judges will review all entries after the competition deadline and hold an individual voting to choose the top entries. The decision of judges is final. The submissions will be evaluated on their originality, quality, and overall impression. Originality reflects the Participants’ ability to approach the theme and details in a unique manner. Quality includes detail and precision demonstrated in creating elements, composition, lighting, and overall mood of the artwork. The overall impression takes into consideration composition, modeling, texturing, technical difficulty, detail as well as the overall appearance and impact of the work.

The Organizer reserves the right to modify the Rules without informing the Participants beforehand.
The Organizer is not held responsible for any damage or loss experienced as a result of participating in the competition by the Participant or any parties related to him/her/it.
