International Fiesta Art Online Competition & Online Exhibition 2026

​

​Objective:
The primary goal of this exhibition is to foster global artistic collaboration, provide exposure to eminent artists, and create a space for cultural exchange. It will also serve as an inspiration for emerging artists and art enthusiasts worldwide by showcasing works from distinguished creators across various genres and mediums.

​

Event Format:
This will be a fully virtual exhibition, allowing for widespread participation without geographical limitations. The exhibition will be hosted on a dedicated online platform, making it accessible to a global audience.​

ELIGIBILITY:

• Any Artists from around the world above the age of 18 as of 1st August 2026 are eligible to apply for the contest.

• Only artists pursuing art as their career are encouraged to apply for the contest.

• It is necessary that the participants give correct information about himself/herself and the work of art. Any discrepancy in the above shall lead to disqualification at any stage of the contest with no refund of entry fees.

 

Important Dates:

• Submission Deadline: 30th November 2025

• Result Announcement: 1st January 2026

• Online Exhibition Dates: 10th January 2026 to 30 January 2026

TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

• ​ It is mandatory for the participants to fill up the correct information in the form along with their original work of art.

• The entry shall be considered valid only after the entry fee is deposited.  

• The entry shall be approved after verifying the information in the form. BAG has the sole right to confirm/reject the entries.

• BAG shall disqualify an entry at any stage of the contest if any discrepancy in information is observed. 

• BAG shall be allowed to use the image of the artwork of the approved entries for promotional purposes.

• Artists can make multiple entries in different categories. He/she shall have to treat each entry as separate and pay a fee for each entry.

 

AWARDS:

• ​10 Gold Awards (Catalogue + Momento + Certificate )

• 10 Silver Awards (Catalogue + Momento + Certificate)

• 10 Bronze Awards (Catalogue + Momento + Certificate )

• Merit certificates and Honorable Mention certificates per category and genre.

 

 JURY:

• The Fiesta Art Award selection process is a completely transparent process undertaken by an accomplished panel of artists and curators.

• Artists register and fill in their profile details online by email and send their artwork image. The details are then checked, and Google image-check is used to verify that it is not a copy. Following this, the form is accepted and approved by our team.

• The artworks thus approved are stored in our database, and judging files are created with the reference number and details. A large image of the artwork is sent to the judges in digital format (in a pendrive) after removing any identifying information of the artist. Along with these images, physical judging sheets are sent, marked with reference numbers corresponding to the numbers on the images. The entries are scored on 10 evaluation parameters, resulting in a score of 100.

• Each judge does the evaluation independently, and the sheets and pen drives are then collected from them, and the scoring data is entered into an Excel sheet and compiled. The awardees are then selected by sorting the total scores on the computer.

• The grant awardees are informed by email.

• The list of grant winners and award certificates is then sent to the respective Patrons’ heads to sign. This certificate goes to the award winner along with the BAG Award certificate and the grant amount details.

• The selection of the artworks for a contest and the grants remains solely at the discretion of BAG and BAG only.

Guideline:

• File Format: JPEG  (as specified by the competition).

• Resolution: Ensure a high-resolution image (usually 300 dpi).

• File Size: Follow size limits (e.g., 5 MB to 10 MB).

HOW TO APPLY?

• Make your payment of the competition fee (According to the Number of artworks)

• Participants are requested to send the registration fee transfer receipt (screenshot/receipt slip)

• Complete the filled registration form by Digitally of Fill manually after taking a printout.

• Artist Profile Photograph (only in JPEG file)

• Artworks are to be submitted in digital format (only in JPEG files).

• Artwork should be of good quality (300 resolution, size between 1 to 10 mb (only in JPEG files).
